There
is more to salt than what comes out of an ordinary shaker.
Monkey Salt
Smoked salt with organic herbs and Pacific rock salt. This
is one of Sunny Side Organics' most popular items, and for
good reason. It is great on roasted or grilled meats and fish,
but equally at home on roast winter squash, in stuffing, in
stews and or chili, or on your morning scrambled eggs.

Porcini Grey
Salt
Wild harvested porcini mushroom powder with French gray salt.
Porcini mushrooms are a rich flavored, full aroma, meaty mushroom
that is amazingly versatile - delicate enough to give grace
to an elegant stew or sauce, and yet vigorous enough to stand
up to something as flavorful as a thick grilled steak.

The French salt used has a light gray color
characteristic of Guerande sea salts. It is 100% natural,
unrefined sea salt carefully stone ground to be easily dispensed
in a shaker. Its high mineral content gives a wonderful flavor
as its lower sodium content makes it much healthier than mined
or refined salts. Neither treated or washed, it is totally
natural and can be used in products that are labeled Organic.
This salt is certified organic by France's Nature & Progrés.
This is the most rigorous salt certification process, which
equates to purity and quality. (NOTE: The USDA does not allow
any Salt types to be labeled as Organic in the United States.)
Zebra Salt
Black Hawaiian Lava salt blended with Pacific sea salt and
some French grey salt. An all purpose salt with a full flavor
from the natural charcoal-coated salt crystals. Great on fish,
steaks, vegetables, or even tofu.

Hummingbird Finishing
Salt
Pink finishing salt blend. Australian Murray River
salt crystals are light & delicate peach colored flakes.
They have a wonderfully mild flavor. The texture is excellent
for use as a finishing salt. The crystals melt quickly and
evenly making it ideal for finishing, roasting, and baking.

This is blended with the traditional
Hawaiian Red salt. Hawaiian Red salt is non-processed and
rich in trace minerals, all of which are found in sea water.
A small amount of harvested reddish Hawaiian clay (Alaea)
enriches the salt with Iron-Oxide and gives it exceptional
flavor.
The combination of these two salts together create the ideal
finishing salt blend, with the perfect light texture and full
flavor.
Finishing salt is the perfect final touch for any meal –
it’s texture and shape maximizes flavor transmission
in the mouth.
Flamingo Salt
Wild harvested lobster mushroom powder with a pink salt blend
from Bolivia, the Himalayas, and Hawaii. Fantastic paired
with seafood, South Asian cooking, or rich cream sauces over
pasta.

Butterfly Salt
Rich and buttery wild Black Trumpet mushroom powder,
paired with Pacific and French sea salts and black pepper.
This is the ultimate all around salt, with plenty of rich
flavor and just a hint of heat from the pepper. A customer
favorite.
